- Analytical skills to research competitors and strategically engage with potential hires.
- Proven ability to recruit interns and manage hiring pipelines effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment mediums like job boards, professional platforms, and agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple recruitment
