As an HR Admin- Intern, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes, driving employee engagement activities, and managing organizational administration tasks. You will also assist in maintaining employee assets and overseeing HRM software operations to ensure seamless HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, and manage databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining timely communication with candidates.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Maintain and update HR records, including employee details, attendance, and leave tracking, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintaining organizational systems.
Manage inventory and allocation of employee assets, including laptops and ID cards.
Update and maintain employee information in HRM software systems and streamlining HR processes.
Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRM software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
