• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.

• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.

• Support administrative functions, including scheduling and office management.

• Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

• Master s degree in Human Resources.

• 2+ years of experience in HR and administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, independent and result oriented with excellent attention to details.

• Willingness to develop and learn new skill

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
