Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the process of medical device registration,ensuring compliance with relevant local and international regulations (e.g.,FDA, MDR, CE Mark, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical deviceregulations, including any changes or updates.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation toregulatory agencies for product registration.
Sales & BusinessDevelopment:
Develop and execute sales strategies focused ondriving the commercialization of registered medical devices.
Identify and develop relationships with keydecision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Develop and present product training sessions toclients, demonstrating the unique selling points and compliance features of themedical devices.
Regulatory &Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.,quality assurance, legal, and marketing) to ensure alignment between regulatorycompliance and market needs.
Provide input into the development of salesmaterials to ensure all information is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Monitor competitor products and their compliancewith regulations to identify opportunities for the companyproduct portfolio.
Customer Support& Relationship Management:
Offer post-sales support to customers, answeringqueries regarding regulatory compliance, product registrations, andcertifications.
Manage customer accounts and build long-termrelationships by providing comprehensive regulatory and sales support.
Work with customers to understand regulatorychallenges and help navigate the registration process for new devices whennecessary.
RequiredQualifications:
Diploma in pharmacy, Bachelor in pharmacy, LifeSciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
1 years of experience in medical deviceregistration and/or sales.
In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations(e.g., MDR, FDA, CE Mark) and product registration processes.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in themedical device or healthcare industry.
