Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process within School, ensuring the successful hiring of qualified and passionate staff to meet the schools educational and operational goals. This includes sourcing, screening and interviewing top talent for teaching and non-teaching roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Collaborate with school leadership and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
• Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, school events, and networking to source potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for cultural fit and qualification alignment with the school's mission and values.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and facilitate selection processes with relevant school departments.
• Ensure a timely and efficient recruitment process, providing candidates with timely feedback and updates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of candidates and school staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
