Job Summary:
Elpro International School is seeking a dynamic and organized Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, assist prospective students and parents, and support the overall admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admission Enquiries: Handle calls and walk-ins, providing information on school programs and admission processes. Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students. Maintain a stock of brochures for distribution.
• Admission Management: Prepare daily admission reports (MIS) and process admissions and withdrawals. Update student data regularly in the school management system (Edusprint).
• Events & Exhibitions: Plan and participate in school exhibitions, fairs, and community events to promote the school and engage with prospective families.
• Team Support: Ensure smooth functioning of duties in the absence of the BDM and other admission staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in education, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in customer service or education admissions is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and school management systems.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday

Timings - 9:30am to 6:30pm
