Role and Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of Audit plan.
• Execution of audit with deliverables within timeline with best results
• Completing on-site business audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls and writing up reports
• Identify risks and recommend improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• To deliver an effective and efficient audit with focus on efficiency, compliance and process adherence.
• Major focus needed on business functions especially Sales, Operations and Inventory Management.
• Bring in benchmark and automation opportunities to optimize the resource utilization and efficiency
• Develop internal control on all support functions related to operation.
• Holds an overall knowledge of business and functions.
• Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement action plans based on audit findings.
• Monitor the implementation of recommendations and follow up on audit issues.

Profile and Experience

• Candidates must be Qualified CA/CIA/MBA with minimum 3+ yrs of experience into Internal Audit, Risk Management or Investigation. Experience of FMCG, E-commerce or Big4 shall be preferred.
