Summary:.

- Internal Auditor will lead and oversee internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, asses risk management practices, and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

- This role involves collaborating with various departments, providing strategic, insights, and ensuring the financial integrity.

Role & responsibilities.

- The candidate should have ability to handle multiple projects.

- The candidate will be expected to lead/assist assignment.

- The candidate will be expected to provide services to audit teams in reviewing the operational audit.

- The assignment would include providing advisory / conducting reviews for the areas mentioned above covering strategy, policy, governance, day 2 day operations, process improvement, opportunities, compliance to internal directives and regulatory requirements etc.

- The candidate will be expected to take up business development initiatives and create proposals, responses thought leadership.

- The candidate will be expected to have strong communication skills and confidence to interact independently CXO Levels.

- The candidate will be expected to coach junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery whilst also enabling their career development.

- The position is based out of Mumbai and the candidate must be open to travel.

Required Candidate profile:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills).

- Ability to work well in teams.

- Basic understanding of IT systems, and must be tech-savv.
