About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by demonstrating the value and capabilities of our SaaS product to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, preparing tailored demonstrations, and providing technical insights that highlight how our solutions solve their challenges. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, technically adept, and passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through technology.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
1-Customer Discovery:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges to tailor effective demos
and presentations.
2- Product Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our
SaaS solutions.
3- Solution Design:
Assist in designing solutions that meet client needs, highlighting how our product can address their pain points and
improve efficiencies.
4- Proposal Support:
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation.
5- Technical Expertise:
Provide technical knowledge and insights during client interactions to answer questions, handle objections, and explain
complex concepts in simple terms.
6-Content Development:
Develop and maintain demo scripts, battle cards, FAQs, and other pre-sales assets to improve the efficiency of the pre-sales
process.
7-Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date knowledge of
product updates and new features.
8-Customer Feedback:
Collect feedback from demos and pre-sales interactions to help refine the product and improve sales strategies.
9-Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights during
client engagements.
Education:
1- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
2- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical sales role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
3- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
1- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2-Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
3- Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging product demos.
4- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
5-Problem-solving mindset and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
6- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
7- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
