Role Overview:
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing
strategic reseller and channel partnerships across global markets. You will play a pivotal role in
expanding our reach by ensuring partners are well-equipped with product knowledge and
driving sales through them.
Key Responsibilities:
â Identify, evaluate, and onboard the right reseller and channel partners globally.
â Develop and implement a scalable partner program that aligns with company
objectives.
â Train and enable partner teams with in-depth product knowledge, sales strategies, and
marketing support.
â Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
â Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner
integration.
â Track, analyze, and report partner performance, identifying opportunities for
optimization.
â Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
â 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or a
similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
â Proven ability to build and scale global partner ecosystems.
â Strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market strategies.
â Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
â Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
â Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management
platforms is a plus.
â MBA preferred.
â Willingness to travel as needed.
