Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Client Partner to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in enterprise IT solutions. This role demands expertise in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based sales for cloud, AI/ML, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, acquiring new clients, and expanding our presence in enterprise accounts by delivering tailored IT solutions that align with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Solution Selling: Consult with clients on cloud, digital transformation, AI/ML, CRM, and ERP solutions, ensuring value-driven engagements.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for sales targets and pipeline management, driving multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and customer success.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-value contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to enhance client experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to position Hestabit Technologies as a strategic partner.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services, cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise in consultative sales, solution selling, and strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle, Google Cloud) and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HCM).
  • Ability to manage and close high-value deals ($1M+) with large enterprises.
  • Experience in partner & alliance development and enterprise licensing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/MBA or equivalent experience in business development.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, or CRM solutions are a plus.
