Bid and Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid and Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bidding process for IT services and solutions across diverse industry verticals. This role requires expertise in proposal writing, bid strategy, RFP/RFI management, and stakeholder collaboration to craft winning proposals that align with client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes, and value propositions to enhance proposal success.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
• Drive proposal development, executive summaries, and commercial structuring for IT solutions and services.
• Manage pricing models, risk assessments, and compliance with RFP/RFI requirements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive bid success.
• Implement bid governance frameworks, ensuring process efficiency and quality control.
• Track bid performance, analyze success rates, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12-18 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, and strategic sales support in IT services or IT solutions.
• Strong expertise in RFP/RFI responses, solution selling, and commercial structuring.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle), AI/ML, digital transformation, ERP, and CRM solutions.
• Proven success in managing and winning high-value deals.
• Excellent proposal storytelling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, proposal automation tools, and bid management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MBA or equivalent experience in bid management and sales strategy.
• Certifications in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or PMP are a plus.
