Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (8-12 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate collaboration between Sales and Project Management teams, enabling efficient project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role will ensure that business goals are seamlessly integrated with project execution through Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile Facilitation and Process Management :

- Champion Agile methodologies across Sales and Project Management teams.

- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a focus on delivering value.

- Adapt Agile practices to suit both Sales and delivery workflows, ensuring harmony and transparency.

Sales and Delivery Coordination :

- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess project feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation during pre-sales discussions.

- Work with Project Managers to translate client requirements into actionable tasks and sprint goals.

- Serve as a bridge between Sales and Project Management to align on expectations, milestones, and deliverables.

Risk and Issue Management :

- Proactively identify risks or misalignments in project execution and recommend solutions.

- Resolve conflicts between Sales and delivery priorities to ensure smooth workflows and high customer satisfaction.

- Ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement and Team Alignment :

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback loops.

- Train and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices to enhance collaboration.

- Track and report team performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to HestaBit leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 4-5 years as a Scrum Master.

- Proven track record of working with both Sales and Project Management teams in a tech-driven organization.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

- In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools used in pre-sales and delivery workflows.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.

- Ability to prioritize and adapt to dynamic business environments.

Certifications :

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.

- SAFe Agilist or equivalent is a plus
