- Mastery of these concepts enables Scrum Masters to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring the team adheres to agile best practices and continuously improves its workflow.

- Facilitation and Coaching Abilities : Scrum Masters must possess exceptional facilitation.

Skills :
