Hiring | Lending Relationship Manager | CarePal Money | Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lending Relationship Manager to drive lender partnerships and

strengthen our lending network. This role is crucial in onboarding new lenders to the

Carepal Money platform, managing existing relationships, and expanding our reach into

other financial products like insurance and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders on the Carepal Money platform.
• Identify and onboard new lender partnerships, including banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders.
• Negotiate terms and structure partnerships to maximize value for both parties.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize lender integration and lending workflows.
• Over time, expand partnerships to include financial product providers such as insurance

companies and payment service providers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in either fintech, an NBFC, or a credit rating agency, with a focus

on lender relationships or business development.

• Experience in onward lending (NBFC-to-NBFC lending) or handling lender partnerships

in a fintech/NBFC or experience in credit rating agency sales or business development

with a focus on lender relations.

• Strong understanding of lending models, financial products, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• • Ability to work independently and drive strategic partnerships.
