Deputy Manager - Internal Audit (4-10 yrs)

Position Profile:

Reporting to Group Audit Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Internal Audit across Hindware Group as the per the approved audit plan

2. Leading a Team of 1-2 individuals

3. Suggesting process improvements and identifying saving opportunities and proven value adds

4. Review and alignment of SOPs/ DOA as per the business environment

5. Tracking and review of 'Action Taken Report'

6. Carry out special assignments/ management audits delegated by Chief Internal Auditor

7. Managing the Outsourced Audit Partner to ensure Quality and Timely completion of the assignment

Any other information

1. Essential Skill Set:

a. Should be well versed with SAP [ECC 6 or S4 HANA].

b. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

c. Basic Knowledge of Qlikview/ Power BI.

d. Good Communication Skill.
