- Bachelor s Degree in civil/interior
- Project Management:
- Project Planning and Coordination : Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively, including materials, labor, and tools, to ensure the successful completion of interior works.
- Time Management : Monitor project timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved and any delays are proactively addressed.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Maintaining Standards : Ensure that all interior work, including construction, finishes, and installations, meets the required quality standards and design specifications.
- Site Inspections : Regularly inspect the work being carried out at the site to ensure compliance with the design plan and industry standards.
