Position: Manager – Finishing Works
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Construction/Religious Infrastructure Development

Experience: Minimum 10 years in finishing works, with demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality finishes for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finishing Works Leadership:

• Oversee all aspects of finishing works for the HKM Temple construction, ensuring adherence to the design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional finishing outcomes.

2. Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures for finishing works, including stonework, painting, flooring, cladding, joinery, and decorative elements.
• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all finishing activities.

3. Material Management:

• Review and approve finishing materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and aesthetic requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely delivery of materials and resources.

4. Team Coordination:

• Lead and manage on-site finishing teams, including subcontractors and skilled labour.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution.

5. Progress Monitoring:

• Prepare detailed schedules for finishing works and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and address any delays or deviations from the planned schedule.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

• Liaise with project managers, design consultants, and other stakeholders to align finishing activities with overall project goals.
• Provide regular updates on the status of finishing works and address any concerns promptly.

7. Health and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols on-site, particularly in finishing zones.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

8. Innovation and Sustainability:

• Explore and implement innovative techniques and sustainable materials in finishing works where feasible.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Educational Background:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Certifications in finishing techniques or interior design will be an advantage.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works for large-scale projects, including stone finishes, interiors, and high-quality detailing.
• Prior experience with religious or heritage projects will be preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
