Deputy Project Manager

Role

Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in execution of the project ensuring the project is delivered on time,

within budget, and according to specified quality as per contractual agreement

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in executing project plans and schedules ensuring alignment with client requirements and contracts

• Assist in resource allocation, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and schedules

• Support in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and financial reporting in compliance with contractual obligations and company policies

• Assist in monitoring project costs, expenditures, and variances against budgeted targets, implementing cost saving measures

• Supervise project activities, resources, and deliverables to meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards and monitor project costs and expenditures against budgeted targets

• Assist in generating progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying deviations from planned targets

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondences, to support project execution and dispute resolution

• Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and regulatory authorities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Candidate must have proven experience in project management in EPC construction company
