Project Manager

Role

Responsible for end to end management of the overall project execution, including managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality,

and resources while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements while acting as a key point of con tac t between internal

project teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and according to specified quality as per

contractual agreement

Responsibilities

• Assist Planning & Monitoring team in developing project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) and budgets ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives to ensure successful project delivery

• Review the project plan received from the planning team and analyze the dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely project completion

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, mobilization of resources, stakeholder engagements, and progress reviews to ensure clear communication and project alignment

• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and variances against budgeted targets, implementing cost saving measures

• Ensure timely allocation of resources(manpower, machines and materials) across the project and monitor the overall utilization as per scheduling

• Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and performance evaluations to monitor team performance and address issues pro actively.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and financial reporting in compliance with contractual obligations and company policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidate must have proven experience in project management in EPC construction company
