Civil Head

The Civil Head will oversee all aspects of construction management for the Opera Garden project. This role requires expertise in project planning, execution, quality control, safety standards, cost management, and timely delivery while ensuring adherence to regulatory and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for the construction process.
• Ensure effective resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.

Construction Oversight

• Monitor on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Resolve construction-related issues and implement solutions to minimize project risks.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and approvals.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with the client, consultants, and external stakeholders to address project requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Cost & Quality Control

• Manage project budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
• Implement stringent quality control measures to maintain construction standards.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed to prevent accidents and delays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Timely project completion within approved budgets.
• Quality adherence to construction standards and client expectations.
• Effective risk mitigation and safety compliance.
