Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment efforts for Edgistify. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Create and maintain job descriptions for all roles in collaboration with department leads.
  • Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
    • Strengthen the organizations employer brand by crafting compelling messaging and leveraging digital platforms to attract candidates.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and ensuring performance targets are met.
    • Train team members on best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address hiring challenges and provide data-driven recruitment insights.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve hiring processes.
    • Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management review.
  • Compliance & Policies
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
    • Update recruitment policies as needed to align with best practices and business requirements.

  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize recruitment KPIs.
    • Familiarity with recruitment trends and employer branding strategies.
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to hiring for roles in supply chain, logistics, or similar industries.
