We are expanding our presence and looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a background in solar sales and channel development to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven - Channel Sales Manager- OR BDM OR Branch Manager to manage and expand our dealer and distribution network in the solar segment. This role will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth and success of our dealer network.
- Key Responsibilities: -
- Channel Development- : Identify and recruit new dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the company's solar product distribution network.
- Sales Strategy- : Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, drive channel growth, and increase market penetration in the solar segment.
- Relationship Management- : Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnerships.
- Training & Support- : Provide regular training and product support to dealers and distributors to ensure effective product knowledge and sales performance.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting- : Monitor and analyze sales performance of channel partners, create sales forecasts, and report on key metrics.
- Market Analysis- : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company's solar products are positioned effectively.
- Sales Promotions- : Develop and execute channel-specific promotions and incentives to drive sales and achieve company goals.
- Collaboration- : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with channel strategies.
- Problem Resolution- : Address and resolve any issues related to channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Channel Management- : Experience in developing and managing channel partnerships, including recruiting, training, and supporting distributors and dealers.
