Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Export Logistics:
- Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade laws.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain export policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Network Management:
- Design and optimize the supply chain network to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer demands.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
- Implement and utilize data analytics tools to monitor network performance and make data-driven decisions.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment through effective communication and team-building strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to production, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet production and sales requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, APICS) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on export logistics and network management. Previous experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for supply chain optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
