Job Description

As the Head of Channel Alliances at E2E Networks Ltd., you will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and optimization of our channel partnerships. This role focuses on expanding the channel ecosystem, fostering relationships with system integrators, resellers, and other third-party alliances, and driving revenue growth through these channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in managing and scaling partner relationships.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Channel Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute the channel alliance strategy to drive revenue, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
    • Align the channel strategy with E2E Networks' overall business goals, ensuring that alliances are prioritized based on market potential.
    • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for channel partners, with a focus on high-impact alliances.

  1. Partnership Development & Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual business growth and success.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring they align with company goals and compliance requirements.

  1. Revenue Growth & Performance Monitoring:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure channel partners meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each channel partner.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on goals and optimize performance.

  1. Training & Enablement:
    • Lead the development and execution of training programs for channel partners, enabling them to sell and support E2E Networks' products and services effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources, including marketing materials, sales tools, and technical support.

  1. Market Intelligence & Innovation:
    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities within the cloud services and technology sectors.
    • Drive innovative approaches to growing the channel ecosystem and addressing customer needs.

  1. Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to ensure alignment and successful execution of channel strategies.
    • Assist with product positioning, messaging, and joint marketing initiatives for channel partners.

  1. Channel Marketing & Campaign Management:
    • Partner with the marketing team to design joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness for partners.
    • Support channel partners in executing co-branded campaigns and local events.

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Channel Alliances or Channel Sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or cloud services sector.
    • Proven track record in building and scaling channel partnerships that drive revenue growth.
    • Experience in negotiating and structuring partner agreements and managing complex partner ecosystems.

  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute long-term partner strategies.
    • Deep understanding of cloud services, infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
