Assistant Manager - Sourcing

Job Purpose: To expand reach of product offerings in the local market by building Channel network across the allocated area in the city.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners
• Creating a team of dedicated Channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency and integrity through them
• Developing strong cross sales expertise through regional CPs
• Following up with the channel partners for lead generation and identifying the support required for the same
• Taking customers for the site visit and following up to close the deal
• Updating CPs about their leads & walk-ins
• Coordinating internally for the pay-outs of CPs in a timely manner
• Updating the channel partner details on SFDC on a regular basis
• Being aware about the product and CP offerings by competitors

Individual Accountability

• Number of walk-ins generated
• Number of new CPs activated & empaneled on SFDC
• Percentage of active CPs delivering business

Shared Accountability

• Customer Satisfaction Score
• Net Sales
• Percentage of active CPs delivering business

Functional Competencies:Product Knowledge Understanding of Sales Processes (e.g. SOPs) Knowledge of Financial Schemes of different banks (e.g. interest rates) Industry Knowledge (e.g. Competition analysis) Stakeholder management

Qualification and Experience:

• Any Graduate (Preferably MBA)
• 2-5 years of work experience
