Job Description

We are in a look out for a Sr Executive Institutional Sales_B2B for Chennai, Hyderabad & Lucknow locations.


What will you do in a nutshell?


As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through the development and maintenance of strategic, long-term relationships with high-volume institutional clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and generating new sales leads. The position involves working closely with both internal teams and customers to meet sales targets and achieve organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with institutional clients to drive organic growth and meet the company's strategic goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the West region.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their unique needs and challenges.
  • Sales Execution & Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client orders, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution & Support: Proactively address and resolve any client issues or concerns, handling complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain customer trust and retention.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base. Generate high quality leads and convert them into long-term relationships, contributing to overall sales performance.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Regularly track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Invoicing & Collections: Follow up with clients regarding invoicing, billing, and payment collection to ensure timely and accurate transactions, minimizing any delays or discrepancies.
  • Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition: Continuously identify opportunities to expand the customer base within the West region, leveraging industry knowledge and customer insights to drive market penetration.
  • Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met, and sales processes are streamlined.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in institutional sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to handle complex client issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
