Key Responsibilities :
1.Quality Systems Development and Implementation
o Design, develop, and implement robust quality management systems (QMS) across all manufacturing units.
o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and customer satisfaction.
o Drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and regulatory requirements.
2. Customer Experience Enhancement
o Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and delightful customer journey across all touchpoints.
o Develop frameworks to capture, analyse, and act on customer feedback.
o Implement training programs for teams to drive best in class processes, product and delivered quality for our customers.
3. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
o Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement in product design, manufacturing processes, and service delivery.
o Foster a culture of innovation by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
4. Leadership and Team Management
o Build and mentor a team of quality professionals across factories and operations.
o Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on quality and customer experience strategies.
o Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
5. E-commerce and Digital Integration
o Align quality and customer experience strategies with the organization's online and
e-commerce platforms.
o Ensure consistent quality in product delivery and post-purchase customer support for online channels.
6. General Trade Oversight
o Work closely with channel sales teams to ensure quality consistency and excellent customer experience through general trade networks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor) is desirable.
Experience:
o Minimum 12-15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
o Proven track record in managing quality systems within manufacturing and retail environments.
o Experience in enhancing customer experience in D2C and e-commerce sectors.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Assertive leadership with a focus on results and accountability.
o Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, SPC).
o Familiarity with digital tools for customer feedback analysis and quality monitoring.
