Role & responsibilities

Job Profile

• Overall responsibility for driving the sales team for achieving primary & secondary sales targets 
• Responsibility of growth for area assigned.
• Trade management : Develop & maintain relationship with SS / C&F, dealers/ distributors / retailers 
• Expand the sales coverage with width and depth  
• Experience to drive sales promotion in the city
• Coordination with the Depots / C&FA 
• Responsible for providing leadership and managing performance of ASMs / Sales officers  of the assigned area 
• Guiding and Coaching of the sales team
• Periodic review pending positions and addressing gaps
• Responsible to collect data of expired goods from the market and timely disposal of the same
