Regional Sales Manager - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales, revenue, profit and growth target of assigned territory.
2. Develop and manage assigned territory independently with strategic focus.
3. Develop and grow a mixed customer base, including architects, designers, end-users, fit-out companies, project managers etc.
4. Responsible for full Sales Cycle including collections.
5. Use market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
6. Build and sustain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
7. Network at industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
8. Track and analyse sales metrics, revenue, and margins against set targets by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and regularly report performance to senior management.
9. Prepare and deliver regular sales and performance reports to management.

Considerations:

• Candidates with experience in Building and construction Industry especially dealing with Architects/ designers and specifiers will have an added edge for selection.
• Candidates must be highly mobile and ready to travel.
• Need to provide professional references for final clearance by the HR.
