Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with experience in the flooring, construction, or lighting industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing inventory transactions, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records, overseeing stock levels and discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business growth.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations and company policies.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts and inventory matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts management, preferably within the flooring, construction, or lighting industries.
• Proven experience in inventory management and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
