Technosport is looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers to implement our offline sales strategy and play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the companys General Trade business.
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Experience Required: 10-12 years
No of Requirements: 3
Qualification:
1. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales within the geography(Higher sales exp in TN and AP regions are more preferred for south region candidate).
2. Experience in selling apparel/textile products.
3. MBA degree preferred.
4. Comfortable working with data. Experience with Microsoft excel and billing software would be preferred
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Knowledge of customer, and awareness about market context.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
8. Excellent Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
What Were Looking For:
The Ideal Candidate will
1. Lead a team of ASMs / SE/SO within the geography monitoring their tasks, performance, attendance, grievances, etc.
2. Beat planning and market visit plans for the ASM while maintaining market feedback on SKUs, brand and distributors.
3. Drive company strategy on ground via ASMs and distributor sales executive.
4. Work with the GT team on strategy to increase sales and presence within the geography.
5. Ensure smooth flow of product feedback for improvement in production planning and supply management.
6. Responsible to deliver Top Line & Bottom line number.
7. Ensuring company branding deliverables are executed on ground in a timely fashion.
8. Help company implement DMS with the distributor and ensure regular data sharing between the two parties.
9. Maintain the retailer app for the respective distributor. Work with ASM to resolve immediate issues.
10. Maintain cordial relationship with the distributor and ensure robust communication between distributor and the company.
11.Account Management --Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Accounts within stand-alone modern trade accounts, including store owners, managers, and buyers.
12. Develop and execute joint business plans with Distributors / Key Accounts & stockist to grow market share and increase brand presence.
