The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Drive store sales and profitability while ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to maintain high performance and motivation.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure proper inventory control.
• Store Operations: Supervise daily operations, including cash handling, store maintenance, and compliance with brand policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales reports and key performance metrics to optimize store performance.
• Brand Representation: Maintain the brands image and uphold store aesthetics in alignment with company guidelines.
• Marketing & Promotions: Execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and events to boost footfall and sales.
• Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships, handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure store adherence to health, safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in activewear, sportswear, or fashion outlets.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Sales & Target-Driven: Strong understanding of sales strategies and achieving revenue goals.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
