Job Description
- At least 10 years of work experience with Domestic CTO industry with commercial / operation department.
- Must have knowledge of domestic CTO regulatory framework.
- Fair knowledge of different freight related policies of railways like GPWIS / SFTO / GCT
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of domestic exim container train network road transportation rates.
- Contract finalization experience specially of transportation, handling storage related contracts.
- Must have worked for EXIM / Domestic Rail Movement.
- Set pricing strategy for all services (EXIM Domestic container train operations, Terminal Handling of Bulk Cargo, Terminal Access and warehousing etc.) and monitor execution to ensure return on investment.
- Perform pricing functions including lane cost analysis.
- Maintain records related to all participated opportunities.
- Pricing and contract negotiation with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and use the insights to develop marketing strategies.
- Developing and managing budgets for marketing and sales activities.
- Keep records of competition activities and prepared reports.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all related resources activities to ensure that they meet the companys objectives.
- Liaise with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure optimum pricing and margin achievement and align with overall business objectives.
- Propose innovative and cost effective solutions of first last mile services for CTO business.
