- Interpersonal Skills: The Process Trainer should be able to build positive relationships with staff members at all levels of the organization. They should be approachable, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively with others.
- Organizational Skills: The Process Trainer should be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance professionals, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR teams to ensure content meets learning objectives and business goals.
