Position Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - IT Location: Remote Experience: 3-5 Years Job
Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels (e.g , email, phone, social media).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with company offerings and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of IT products and services, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
