SailPoint Consultant - Identity Management (5-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Consultant with expertise in SailPoint Development, Application Onboarding, and Implementation, specifically in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN). The ideal candidate will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint solutions while ensuring effective identity and access management for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions to meet business needs.

- Onboard applications into the SailPoint ecosystem, including configuring connectors, workflows, and policies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Perform system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance for SailPoint platforms.

- Implement user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.

- Ensure secure integration of SailPoint with diverse applications and systems using APIs and connectors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.

- Provide support and guidance to internal teams on IAM best practices and SailPoint capabilities.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

- Lead SailPoint IIQ implementations from design to deployment.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Collaborate on business proposals, internal training, and business development activities.

- Provide post-production support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development, application onboarding, and implementation.

- Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).

- Proficiency in configuring workflows, policies, and connectors for SailPoint.

- Experience integrating applications with SailPoint using REST APIs and standard connectors.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including RBAC and user lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Beanshell) for customization and automation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) certification.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with SailPoint.

- Understanding of IT security compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, or PCI-DSS.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP

- Familiarity with Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, etc.)
