SailPoint Consultant/Senior Consultant - Identity & Access Management (4-7 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a remote contract role for a SailPoint Consultant/Sr. Consultant with 4+ years of experience. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to SailPoint implementation, configuration, and support.

They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute the implementation, configuration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

- Develop and customize workflows, rules, and connectors in SailPoint to meet client requirements.

- Integrate SailPoint solutions with enterprise systems, directories, and cloud platforms.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SailPoint implementation and performance.

- Provide guidance on best practices for IAM and IT security compliance.

- Conduct user training and provide documentation for implemented solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and SailPoint product updates.

- Support client teams during audits and ensure alignment with compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in SailPoint implementation, configuration, and support.

- Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.

- Strong technical skills in IT security, including user provisioning, role management, and governance.

- Hands-on experience with Java, XML, REST APIs, and other related technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and deliverables efficiently.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or IdentityIQ Architect).

- Experience with integrating SailPoint solutions with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with related IAM technologies, such as Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
