SailPoint Consultant - IdentityNow (2-4 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Consultants/Sr. Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) implementations across a variety of client engagements.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and implement effective identity and access management solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IIQ solutions, including application onboarding, identity provisioning, access certifications, and other identity and access management processes.

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering, analysis, and design workshops with clients.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and deployment guides.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in identity and access management technologies and best practices.

- Contribute to business development activities, such as proposals and presentations.

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications :

Required :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.

- Proven ability to lead and execute complex identity and access management projects.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred :

- SailPoint Certification(s)

- Experience with other IAM tools (i.e., Okta, ForgeRock)

- Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP

- Familiarity with Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, etc.)

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

Experience :

- 4-10 years of overall IT experience

Location : Multiple USI locations (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai)
