About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP HR solutions for a Public Sector Oil & Gas project. You will collaborate with HR functional teams, develop and maintain custom ABAP code, and provide technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP HR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with HR functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, and user exits in SAP HR using ABAP.

- Perform SAP HR module-specific developments, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.

- Implement enhancements and modifications using BADIs, BAPIs, and User Exits.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing ABAP programs in the SAP HR environment.

- Provide technical support for SAP HR workflows and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SAP HR applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP development.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.

- Expertise in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, Web Dynpro, Fiori, and workflows.

- Good understanding of Payroll tables and clusters.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience in working on Public Sector projects (preferred).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Relevant SAP certifications.
