Senior SAP ABAP/HR Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR ABAP Consultant to join our team on a challenging and rewarding Public Sector Oil & Gas project.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative HR solutions using SAP HCM ABAP.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the specific needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom HR solutions using SAP HCM ABAP, including enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.

- Develop and maintain Web Dynpro and Fiori applications for HR processes.

- Design and implement complex workflows and business rules within the SAP HCM environment.

- Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues and provide effective solutions.

- Optimize HR processes and improve efficiency through the implementation of ABAP-based solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work closely with other team members, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SAP HCM ABAP.

Qualifications :

Required :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM ABAP development.

- Strong proficiency in Web Dynpro and Fiori development.

- Expertise in HR ABAP development, including payroll tables, clusters, and personnel actions.

- Proven ability to handle complex HR scenarios and deliver innovative solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in a team

Preferred :

- Experience in Public Sector or Oil & Gas industry projects.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
