SailPoint Consultant (3-8 yrs)

We are seeking experienced SailPoint Consultants / Sr. Consultants (4-10 years of experience) to join our team across multiple USI locations in a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint solutions, ensuring seamless identity and access management within our clients' ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Lead and execute end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, from initial design to final deployment.

- Develop and customize SailPoint components, including workflows, connectors, and identity lifecycle processes.

- Onboard applications and integrate systems to ensure comprehensive identity and access management.

Testing & Troubleshooting :

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution performance.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering post-production support as needed.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful project outcomes.

- Prepare business proposals, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials for internal teams.

- Facilitate internal training sessions to upskill team members on SailPoint best practices.

Business Development :

- Contribute to business development activities, including project scoping and stakeholder presentations.

- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance offerings and service delivery.

Primary Skills :

- SailPoint Development : Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow (IDN) customization and deployment.

- Application Onboarding : Capable of integrating new and existing applications into the SailPoint environment.

- Implementation : Hands-on experience designing and executing identity and access management solutions.

Shift Timings :

- 11 PM - 8 AM IST

- 2 PM - 11 PM IST(Exact shift allocation will be discussed based on project requirements.)

Qualifications & Experience :

Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional Certification : SailPoint Certification (preferred).

Experience Level :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Exposure to diverse environments and large-scale deployments is highly desirable.

Good to Have :

- OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP : Working knowledge of these protocols and data formats.

- Network Protocols : Familiarity with SSL, SSH, and other key network security protocols.

- Additional IAM Tools : Experience with other IAM solutions or related security technologies is a plus.
