Frontend Developer - React.js/Next.js (5-7 yrs)

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.

- Implement user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and Redux, ensuring responsiveness and performance.

- Utilize React hooks and other advanced React concepts (like context API, lazy loading, and memorization) to optimize application performance.

- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on best practices and design patterns.

- Integrate APIs and work with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

- Utilize TypeScript to enhance code quality and type safety in applications.

- Develop and maintain styles using CSS, SCSS, and preprocessors to create visually appealing user interfaces.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript, React and Redux (RTK).

- 1-2 years of experience using TypeScript in production applications.

- Proficient in advanced React concepts such as hooks, context API, HOCs, and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with Next.js is a plus.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SCSS.

- Experience with responsive design and modern web standards.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications :

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.

- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, MobX) beyond Redux is a plus.

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
