Technical Lead - Java Technologies (10-14 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-quality software solutions using Java technologies.

- Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture, ensuring system efficiency, performance, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Take ownership of designing and implementing APIs, databases, and backend logic using Spring Boot and Java.

- Drive cloud-based application development using AWS services, ensuring best practices in deployment and maintenance.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and testing processes.

- Apply knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and advanced problem-solving skills to optimize software solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Address production issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies, continuously improving the team's technical expertise.

Key Requirements :

Educational Background : Graduate from a Tier I/II college (preferred).

Experience :

- 10-14 years of hands-on experience in Java-based development.

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a leadership role.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and database systems.

- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

- Practical knowledge of handling concepts like rotational programs, balanced and unbalanced brackets, and strings (e.g., Kubunanchi string).

Preferred Background :

- Experience working with captives (banking domain) or top-tier clients from reputed service industries.

- Candidates currently located in Hyderabad are mandatory.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
