Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team and drive identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Configure and customize SailPoint modules including IdentityIQ, compliance, and access management.

- Develop workflows, policies, and rules to streamline identity management processes.

- Integrate SailPoint with various applications, databases, and enterprise systems.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint features and best practices to enhance solution effectiveness.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and processes.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in identity management and development using SailPoint.

- Strong understanding of identity governance concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and customization.

- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, IdentityIQ).

- Experience with cloud-based identity solutions.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
