Key Responsibilities :
- Development and Implementation Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
- Build and configure workflows, rules, and connectors to integrate SailPoint with on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Implement custom logic using Java, BeanShell, Groovy, or equivalent languages to enhance SailPoint functionalities.
- Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and validation of SailPoint implementations to ensure quality deliverables.
- System Integration and Deployment Develop and manage integration with enterprise applications, including Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Work on API-based integrations using REST and SOAP protocols to support seamless data exchange between SailPoint and third-party systems.
- Implement and manage authentication and federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other industry standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting Monitor and maintain the health of SailPoint IdentityIQ services, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Implement system patches and upgrades to keep the SailPoint environment secure and updated.
- Compliance and Security Enforce access governance policies to ensure compliance with security regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, and organizational policies.
- Manage and automate user access certifications, separation of duties (SoD) checks, and audit reporting.
- Collaboration and Documentation Partner with IT, security, and business teams to design scalable and secure identity governance solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design blueprints, test cases, operational runbooks, and user manuals.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to support solution adoption and maintenance.
- Performance Optimization Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and response times.
- Continuously assess the SailPoint environment and identify areas for automation, optimization, and cost savings.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, implementation, and support.
- Proficient in Java, BeanShell, Groovy, or equivalent programming languages for custom development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and scripting tools for integrations.
- Hands-on experience with integration across diverse platforms, including ERP systems (SAP), SaaS tools, HR systems, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and directory services like Active Directory and LDAP.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

- Solution Delivery : Ensure high-quality and timely implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Operational Excellence : Maintain system reliability by promptly addressing issues and implementing proactive monitoring.
- Compliance Management : Deliver access governance and reporting capabilities that align with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Performance Optimization : Improve system performance and scalability through ongoing tuning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance on identity and access management practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Implementation Engineer, or equivalent IAM certifications (e.g. , CISSP, CISM, or Azure Security).
- Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, and CyberArk is a plus.
