Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive identity solutions. Lead architectural decisions and drive technology roadmaps.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance.

- Apply expertise in IAM frameworks, technologies, protocols, and standards.

- Develop custom solutions using programming languages like Java, Python, or PowerShell.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

- Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Lead and mentor a team effectively.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience In IAM domain with at least 4-6 years of experience in leading projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Extensive experience as an IAM Architect or similar role, showcasing a successful track record in designing and implementing comprehensive identity solutions.

- Profound expertise in IAM frameworks, with a deep understanding of various identity and access management technologies, protocols, and standards.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, with the ability to design and implement custom solutions.

- Comprehensive knowledge of identity and access management principles, regulatory compliance, and security standards.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

- Prior experience leading architectural decisions, driving technology roadmaps, and providing technical leadership.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g Sailpoint) are highly desirable.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team effectively.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Must be willing to work from the office.
