Magento Frontend Developer - eCommerce Apps (7-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Magento Frontend Developer with 7+ years of expertise in building and customizing high-performance eCommerce websites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of Magento's frontend architecture and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain the frontend of Magento-based eCommerce websites.

- Create responsive and user-friendly designs optimized for performance and mobile devices.

- Work with UI/UX designers to implement innovative and visually appealing interfaces.

- Optimize frontend performance for better user experience and faster load times.

- Debug and resolve issues related to frontend functionality and cross-browser compatibility.

- Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and development to maintain clean and efficient codebases.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Magento and frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Magento Frontend Development.

- Strong knowledge of Magento 2.x frontend architecture and theming.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Knockout.js in Magento).

- Expertise in LESS/SASS for styling and CSS preprocessing.

- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Solid understanding of SEO best practices for eCommerce platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Magento CMS Page Builder and template customization.

- Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt for frontend build processes.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Knowledge of PWA Studio and Progressive Web App development.

- Experience with integrations such as payment gateways, third-party plugins, and APIs.

- Familiarity with PHP and Magento backend functionality is a plus.

- Certification in Magento Frontend Development or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE).
