Team Leader - PHP/Node.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Software Team Leader with a robust coding background, proficient in software architecture, server-side code execution, and deployment management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives in eCommerce and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments, ensuring seamless code integration and deployment across platforms.

The Software Development Team Leader will be responsible for leading software developers from conception to delivery, ensuring all tickets are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Guide the team in best coding practices and architectural design.

2. Offer insights into efficient and scalable code execution on server environments.

3. Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure).

4. Ensure optimal use of cloud resources for project deployment and maintenance.

5. Proficient with Git, ensuring seamless version control management.

6. Confidently handle complex integrations and support deployment of code in Php & NodeJS, Magento / Shopify across diverse servers.

7. Previous experience in the eCommerce and SCM domains, with an understanding of the specific technical demands and user experience requirements.

8. Oversee and manage code deployments, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and meet business requirements.

9. Marketplace Deployment Experience

10. Proven experience deploying software solutions in marketplaces, understanding the specific integration and compliance requirements of major platforms.

Ideal Background :

1. Strong coding and architectural skills.

2. Demonstrated success leading software teams in a high-paced environment.

3. Proven expertise with Git and cloud infrastructure.

4. Operational Tool Proficiency preferably JIRA, for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization.

5. Experience in developing, scaling, and deploying eCommerce and SCM applications.

Experience & Education :

1. Experience : 5+ years of experience in software development and project management.

2. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
