Senior Active Directory Architect - Data Migration (10-25 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Active Directory Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory discovery, architecture design, and AD object migration. This role demands exceptional people management skills and the ability to work effectively with CXOs on technical matters.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct Active Directory discovery and plan AD separation effectively.

- Design and implement Active Directory architecture solutions.

- Identify Active Directory dependencies and assess their impact on applications.

- Execute AD object migration between domains, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

- Utilize Quest Active Directory Migration Tool to perform domain migrations efficiently.

- Lead and manage teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

- Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, providing technology insights and strategic solutions.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in Active Directory discovery and architecture design.

- Expertise in AD object migration and domain management.

- Hands-on experience with Quest Active Directory Migration Tool.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory dependencies and application integration.

- Exceptional people management and leadership skills.

- Ability to engage and manage CXOs effectively with regard to technical discussions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Active Directory-related roles.

- Certifications like Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
